Anji Sauvé Clubb
​Director/Producer

Anji holds a master’s degree in urban planning from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and studied filmmaking at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. After several years working in the non-profit sector, Anji decided to pursue her passion for filmmaking and moved to Ulaanbaatar in 2014. Cumulatively, she has over ten years’ experience living and working in East Asia, having spent her formative years in between the US, Taiwan, and Australia. Anji’s background is in public policy and international development, and she holds a bachelor’s in Asia Studies from Georgetown University.

Dulguun Bayasgalan
Producer

Dulguun is a writer, musician, and design and film enthusiast with extensive experience working on various film-related projects, from scriptwriting, to translating, shooting, editing, and working on the set of feature and documentary films. He is currently working on several projects, including a web series for the UNFPA and his first music EP. Additionally, Dulguun works as a Program Manager for Altan Khalis Association, a Mongolian non-profit that promotes and supports independent film and filmmakers. Dulguun holds a B.A. in the History of Art from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.

Alice Tabery

Simon Spidla
​Editor

Alice Tabery graduated in film production at Film and TV School of Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (FAMU). Her interests include author films and creative documentaries. Alice has worked on various projects both in and outside of the Czech Republic, including French and international coproductions. 
As an editor, Simon has collaborated with a number of leading Czech directors (Jan Němec, Věra Chytilová, Tomáš Bojar, Pavel Abrahám, Erika Hníková, Lucie Králová, Jan Bušta, to name a few). As director he made documentary Mrtvá trať (2011) which was presented in IFFR Rotterdam and goEast Wiesbaden. It also won prize of Czech Radio for best sound design. Simon received his master's in editing from FAMU in Prague.

Suzanna Sumkhuu
​Producer

Suzanna Sumkhuu is a sustainability and development professional with a track record of designing and executing policy coherence assessments, policy and institutional solutions for sustainable development, localizing and mainstreaming the Sustainable Development Goals. She also focuses on providing methodological analysis and inputs to the government on integrated policy planning and systems thinking. She is the government technical focal point for SDGs and VNR. Suzanna holds degrees in law and international relations.

Enkhbat Natsagdorj
Associate Producer

Enkhbat is Founder and CEO of the Altan Khalis Association which supports independent film and filmmakers in Mongolia. He holds a BA in Linguistics from the Mongolia National University of Science and Technology. He has over five years of leading, producing and organizing experience, working on various development and film-related projects and programmes in Mongolia. Currently, he works as a Program Assistant at UNICEF Mongolia in charge of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene.

Enkhjin Batjargal
Executive Producer

Walter Jenkins is an American businessman, philanthropist, and documentary film lover. He first visited Mongolia 20 years ago to help out a friend who was making a documentary film. Ever since, he has been involved in supporting education and arts initiatives in Mongolia. He sits on the board of the Arts Council of Mongolia, the American University in Mongolia, and Zorig Foundation, a Mongolian organization promoting democratic values and good governance.
Enkhjin is a co-founder of ThinkUrban, a Mongolian NGO dedicated to raising awareness about urban issues in the capital city of Ulaanbaatar and beyond. Enkhjin has over three years of project management experience, working on various types of research and youth education projects at Zorig Foundation, a Mongolian Foundation advocating democratic values and systems. Enkhjin holds a BA degree in Economics from Whitman College in Washington State and is currently an MSc candidate in International Planning at UCL. This is her first film project.

Batdorj Gongor
Field Producer

Batdorj holds a Bachelor’s degree in Power Engineering from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology. He is currently studying community architecture. Instead of sitting at a computer, he spends most of his time in the ger areas to get touch with communities directly. For the last 10 years, Batdorj works with the ger area communities to bring and lead them to create a better living space through community planning. He enjoys leading tours in ger areas and takes small pleasure in planning and bringing change in the community.

Ivan Arsenjev
​Script Advisor

Ivan Arsenjev graduated Script and dramaturgy department at FAMU. He is the author and co-scriptwriter of feature films (Vojtěch, řečený sirotek, Cesta pustým lesem, Mír jejich duši, Krajina ve stínu). He is also cooperating on films as a script advisor (Dolls, Foxes, My Dog Killer and others). He has collaborated on many documentary films. He is working in a long term basis with director Miroslav Janek and Jana Ševčíková (Gyumri, Lean a Ladder against Heaven – Czech Lion for the best Documentary film, Czech Critic's Award, Trilobit Award, Pavel Koutecký's Award)  
Besides film projects, he has been traveling through Europe since 1993 with the Forman Brother´s theatre, where he is working as a scriptwriter of almost all performances.

Tomas Potocny
​Script Advisor

Tomáš Potočný is a film director and editor with a background in sociology. He graduated from the Faculty of Social Studies at Masaryk University and earned a degree in Documentary Film Directing at the Film Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts (FAMU) in Prague. Among other projects, he has worked on the fiction film Mamma Gógó as an editor, which was selected as the Icelandic entry for the Oscars in the category of Best Foreign Language Film. ​

Vladimir Chastril
​Sound Editor

Vladimír Chrastil graduated in Sound department at FAMU. He has worked as a sound designer on documentary and feature projects, now he focuses more on documentaries. He is collaborating with directors Břetislav Rychlik, Miroslav Janek, Pavel Štingl, Theodora Remundová and others. He did the sound design of the animation coproduction film titled The Tree by Lucie Sunková. He owns a sound studio where is working on all projects.
